    打开终端，输入命令：timedatectl set-local-rtc 1

    然后再输入：timedatectl

    追根到底，还是时区设置问题，请参考deepin和windows双系统时间不同步的解决方法，只有理解不同步的根本原因，才好解决具体问题。

    我这里是两个统信OS，固态盘V20.9，机械盘V23

    doubt 和双硬盘还真没关系，V20 里面应好多用户反馈说和 Windows 里面时间差 8 小时，默认开启了 timedatectl set-local-rtc 1，把主板时间当做当前时区时间

    V23 里面保持了 Linux 默认设置，把主板时间当做 0 时区时间处理，本地时间还要 +8 小时；想同步的话需要手动设置

    V23 里面保持了 Linux 默认设置，把主板时间当做 0 时区时间处理，本地时间还要 +8 小时；想同步的话需要手动设置

    每次手动设置太异常了，执行了上述两条命令在两个不同盘的系统（固态盘：社区V20.9，机械盘：V23）时间统一了
