2023-11-21 21:57 deepin 使用自带的“影院”播放器是可以正常播放的，就VLC不行。
目前我先安装deepin20.9版本，然后在应用里面安装VLC播放器，这时播放rtsp的URL是可以正常播放的；然后直接通过deepin系统升级工具，升级到deepin23版本，VLC就无法播放rtps的URL，还是打印同样的错误信息（[00007f8124001670] satip stream error: Failed to setup RTSP session）。

2023-11-21 22:31 deepin 在deepin20.9版本里面安装的vlc带用live555选项设置，而在deepin23版本里面改选项都没了（从20.9升级到23版本后改选项也没有了）。

在deepinV23系统--应用商店或者apt install vlc后，播放rstp码流报错：

经验证在DeepinV20系统安装vlc（应用商店或者apt install），播放和deepinV23同样的rstp URL地址是正常。
