    修改服务器地址为电信的ip,速度有效提升，代码如上，自取。

    另外几个IP：
    61.54.25.98 #联通
    223.111.183.30 #移动
    94.130.49.186 #海外(德国)

    有关系的，一般根据运营商分配对应的ip
