    问题现象：

    1、如果是系统文件夹，就是在文件管理器设置里的那些目录，如果拖动顺序，则直接奔溃

    2、如果是自定义的快捷访问文件夹，如果拖动则下次打开文件管理器时，这个快捷标签就会消失
