    报错是什么？

    用终端：sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade 试试

    是不是控制中心备注环节卡住了，或者是使用过什么第三方备份工具比如timeshift? --目前已知有这个问题

    可以通过终端按照楼上的方式来升级试试。

    运行完这个命令更新后，再去更新，显示已是最新。

    我也是被卡在控制中心-系统更新-备份环节，最终用终端升级成功。
