    现在一些应用开启会阻止关机，比如说qq，但是我又不希望qq开启的时候阻止关机，希望deepin在控制中心添加一个设置，

    这个设置打开，某个应用就不能阻止关机了

    这不行，如果apt正在运行，就必须阻止关机，否则系统会故障。这可能是QQ把自己归到阻止关机应用一类。
