    是从V23b2升级到V23b3

    无论是intellij IDEA还是PyCharm之类的，在切换项目或者关闭ide时候，都会在 closing project...如图所示

    卡非常久，分钟级别，基本只能强行SIGKILL掉。

    ide内部分窗口渲染也有点卡顿，升级之前是没问题的

    关闭的时候系统负载也会升高，导致频闪或者系统卡顿

    我在使用CLion时，偶尔也会出现这种情况。

    不过一般都直接强制关闭。

    ubuntu下也有的呢，正常现象。可能是jb自己的问题。

    我这边的pycharm有时候会出现缩放失败的情况，重新进就没事了
