Hello, I am on 20.9, have joined beta testing and am on the internal testing channel which is set to on. However I unfortunately cannot upgrade to the V23 Beta. The upgrade tool is not availible from the Deepin Store. Do I need to reinstall completely to update? Why might this be the case please?
