可以在终端尝试下 gio mount smb://<共享主机IP地址或域名>/<要访问的共享目录名称>
然后按照终端提示输入用户名、域、秘钥，回车执行看看有没有错误。

打错了 sudo apt purge dde-file-manager
我是这样弄好的
