    不建议使用升级工具升级到V23，会出一些问题

    建议备份数据后，下载V23的镜像，重装V23

    你这是跨版本升级。即使Deepin23更新，若从控制中心进行也不一定成。我一般是从终端命令更新。你可试试更改好源后从终端命令升级。建议干脆用新镜像直接安装。

    基本可以判定不正常了，估计卡在备份了，

    大更新不建议使用升级工具的，以后有空来论坛走走。

    升级工具目前还没做到说能保证百分之百成功，这么长时间应该是有问题。建议拷贝好数据重装，20和23整体从技术还是界面变化非常大。
