    得力M2000DW一体激光打印机。打印正常，扫描无法使用。商店下载的vuescan扫描仪能识别到，但是不能扫描。大家有好办法吗？

    Canon MF4710直接扫描也不行，在一体机上把扫描类型设为“远程扫描仪”后，就可以正常扫描。你可以看看你的一体机上有没有类似设置
