Many of openned panels and all tooltips have differents borders and corners radius...

The ideal scenary is all panels and tooltips be the same style of the launchpad panel...

Other point is the padding between border panel and content of panel...

Occurs only on WINDOW EFFECT mode active...

I think the tooltips are special components, but all panels need to be consistent with the rest of interface...
