【Bug Fixes】

Kernel

• Upgraded HWE kernel to version 6.6.36 to fix the compilation failure of the Broadcom wireless network card driver (broadcom-sta-dkms).

Desktop Environment

• Fixed the issue where dragging the WeChat icon on the taskbar after logging in displayed duplicate icons on the taskbar.
• Fixed the issue where the application icon hover on the taskbar did not display the preview window correctly.
• Fixed the issue where creating a VPN with Openconnect in the Control Center - Network could not be saved if the gateway included a port.
• Fixed the issue where the input box and icon overlapped when connecting to a network requiring password authentication on the lock screen.
• Fixed the crash in the Control Center when switching user image categories after uploading a custom image.
• Fixed the issue in the Control Center - Personalization where user-defined images and prompt text were not visible in dark mode.
• Fixed the issue in the Control Center - Personalization where the plugin management switch for the multitasking view was hidden when window effects were disabled.
• Fixed the issue in the Control Center - Personalization where the icon theme was unclear and unreadable in the launcher and file manager sidebar when switched to the Papirus-Dark icon theme.
• Fixed the issue where the notification center did not display Control Center messages in the system language after setting the startup animation size in the Chinese environment.
• Fixed the issue where the camera icon was too small when the launcher was in full-screen mode with the Bloom theme.

Linglong

• Fixed the issue where Linglong applications could not be restarted after being terminated with ctrl+c in the terminal.
• Fixed the issue where error messages were not fully printed when installing Linglong applications in the terminal.

Text Editor

• Fixed the issue where searching for letters in the text editor did not match more information due to case sensitivity.
• Fixed the issue where case sensitivity affected search/replace in the dialog box when opening/entering English text containing both uppercase and lowercase characters.

The correct way to join the internal test:

①Upgrade the system to deepin V23 Beta2；

②Open the internal test channel: [Control Center] > [Update] > [Update Settings] > [Internal Test Channel] to open the option；

③ Follow the guidelines to complete the opening of the internal test channel；

How to report bugs or submit suggestions?

• First of all, please make sure that the system version is upgraded to the latest beta version to avoid problems caused by inconsistent versions;
• Secondly, if you find any bugs or have any good ideas, please give your feedback on deepin Home . deepin Home is a default app of deepin OS, and you can update or download it through deepin App Store.
