    usb 时有 时没有，Windows下没有这个问题。

    这个设备是一个Android设备。

    并且电脑上已经配置了 rules。

    实际上 lsusb 显示的USB设备，连接不稳定，跟rules 没有关系。rules是为了 adb 连接使用的。

    根本问题是，USB 连接不稳定。

    请懂得人多指教。

    现在USB充放电流很大，很容易引起连接器触点氧化。换一个USB插孔试试。

    楼上的说法靠谱，可能是电流的影响，也可能是端口的问题，换个接口试试吧
