V23缺少libldap_r-2.4.so.2，这些是 OpenLDAP(轻量级目录访问协议)服务器和客户机的运行时库，V23源里也没有，从debian下载deb包，https://packages.debian.org/zh-cn/bullseye/libldap-2.4-2 然后手动安装。

海南的海政通就是抄你们浙江的浙政钉，我装海政通的时候就发现这个问题了，装上libldap_r-2.4.so.2后立马OK了，你试试。
