    我用的是 windows11和deepin23双系统，每次重启的时候只要切换的不是上次使用的系统就会再次出现时间相差8小时的问题，虽然进入系统联网之后会同步回来，但是还是有些不太舒服，请教以下有没有什么办法可以解决。

    在Windows系统打开记事本，复制粘贴以下内容：

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation]
    "RealTimeIsUniversal"=dword:00000001

    然后另存为.reg，双击导入

    试一下，这次让win将就下我们的deepin.。。

    20.9的时候把时区改成上海就完事，现在v23改成上海一样相差8小时。。。。。。。。。

    升级23后改成上海时区就显示正确
