    昨天被我捣鼓的也这样了，本来挺丝滑的。一条命令清理了下所有已删软件的配置文件。然后就这样了。

    是XVNC，还是XRDP显示桌面？原来正常的话，首选重装桌面dde。

    1、开机启动电脑，输入密码登录后，桌面先是黑屏，过上10秒左右恢复正常

    2、打开文件管理器会卡顿5秒左右

    3、安装的xmind，打开ximind思维导图文件，不能打开，打开的是软件主界面，必须使用xmind自带的打开文件按钮，点击后弹出文件管理器，会卡顿很长时间，以为软件假死了
