    安装了最新版的星火应用商店，发现打开后没有反应，各级分类菜单点了都没有反应，很多图片和图标什么的加载不出来，无法安装应用，这个怎么处理？

    低于4.3版本的商店已经停止维护，可以检查下

    已结解决了，原来是移动网络的问题，在移动宽带下打不开，别的网就行了。
