    【系统环境】： deepin V23 【前置条件】： 版本升级社区版23 【复现步骤】： 一直异常 【预期结果】： 正确修改时间 【实际结果】： 无法修改时间，时间比正常时间慢8小时，看了时区是东8区的。 手动无法修改时间，导致应用无法正常打开，命令修改时间后，重启系统时间又变回不正常了，比实际慢8小时

    timedatectll set-local-rtc true

    timedatectl show

    ntpq -p

    设置新时间

    timedatectl -set-time "2024-10-21 18:30:00"

    同步到硬件时钟

    sudo hwclock -systohc
