I changed:
1.
/usr/share/x11/xkb/rules/base.lst
/usr/share/x11/xkb/rules/endev.lst
cz Czech
cx New
...
qwerty cz: Czech(QWERTY)
czx cx: Czech(NEW)

/usr/share/x11/xkb/rules/base.xml
/usr/share/x11/xkb/rules/endev.xml
added new layout name 'cx'

Created new keyboard layout:
/usr/share/x11/xkb/symbols/cx (copy of cz with small changes)

Restart PC

When I change "KEYBOARD & METHOD"/ INPUT METHOD I really see the new Czech(NEW) definition, but with error:
"The current input method has no keyboard Layout" (As if the new cx layout did not exist.)

In the Deepin 20, everything worked fine, but it th Deepin 23 version I did many tests, all with the above error.
Coud you please help me what I am missing.
