无法更换壁纸和主题

系统 2014.3非全新安装，使用命令行更新的系统
笔记本型号 E40-70

另外有线网络正常，无线说什么也连不上

新建个新账户，然后用新账户看看

新建用户可以更换壁纸啊，原来的用户还是不能换
这是怎么回事啊

应该是升级后旧配置文件导致的问题，如果可以的话，换新账号，不用老账号吧
