    昨天通过“深度商店”升级了一把，今天刚刚也升级了。但是通过“启动器”还是开不了QQ，点击无反应。。。昨天还是好好的，这是怎么回事啊？有人碰到我一样的问题吗？deepin 2014.3 的单系统。

    一大早(2015-7-30)就等着更新，更新了九个文件(应该是)，然后又使用了apt-get update 和 upgrade ,最后又autoremove 了一把，，，关机，上班，开机，crossover QQ下载器没问题了，但是打开QQ弹窗(如图)，点确定或取消都无效，再开还是这样。。。

    请先终端执行：
    1. dpkg -l deepin-crossover
    Copy the Code
    把终端所有输出粘贴上来，如果发现版本好不是0.5.0的请更换源为官方稳定源（使用深度商店更换） 。
    然后终端执行：
    1. sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get clean && sudo apt-get --reinstall install deepin-crossover crossover deepinwine-qq -y &&  rm -rf .cxoffice/
    Copy the Code


    待上面的命令执行完毕后请重启电脑运行QQ试试

    请再次更新系统，我们已经找到原因了，是ubuntu推送的内核有问题导致的，我们马上会发公告
