我知道Universal USB Installer可以，支持Vista以上版本的原版镜像，同时支持UEFI和Legacy模式启动。原理就是将镜像释放到U盘然后添加syslinux引导区。

不会指的是深度windows启动盘制作工具吧，那个是深度技术论坛的东西吧，应该是支持windows的。但是这边用于制作Linux deepin的u盘制作工具是不支持windows的。
