    apt-get update
    apt-get upgrade
    apt-get dist-upgrade

    这是根据apt源进行升级。
    如果需要从main-kernel 上进行升级。基本步骤是：下载源码，搭建编译环境，编译内核。安装内核，更新grub。 替换vm-linux.gz镜像。
    瞎扯的，自己多百度。

    2014版本的可以在这里找到打包好的deb包。
    最新的v15 alpha2可能需要自行编译。不过v15版现在的内核就已经是4.2了，个人觉得没太大必要升。
