打开网页时，一直显示以下内容：The proxy server is refusing connections

  Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.
  Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is
    working.
好象和SYNC有关，怎么把它取消啊？请教高手，谢谢了！
