找到了adblock的官网，https://adblockplus.org/可是安装还是需要到chrome商店安装，各位都是如何安装的啊?

手动添加的crx不能自动更新，从chrome商店里安装的可以自动更新，另外推荐ublock origin比abp占用资源低
