    加这个  ppa:linux-deepin-team/build-test

    然后安装gstreamer multiarch

    加了这个ppa，应该就可以装ppstream了，但是不排除把系统弄坏的可能

    完整的命令：
    2. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:linux-deepin-team/build-test
    3. sudo apt-get update
    4. sudo apt-get install gstreamer multiarch
