自己写了个Dock小插件显示网速

终于跟我的windows差不多了

dde-dock-netspeedmonitor-plugin.pro文件里的 INCLUDEPATH += ../dde-dock/src/ \ 这句要改一改，改成dde-dock/src/的具体路径。
