在efi就有删除选项吧
/boot/efi里面也可以删

如果启动项是保存在主板UEFI固件中的，需要使用专用的EFI启动管理器进行清除。
Windows平台可以使用EasyUEFI，Linux平台可以使用楼上推荐的efibootmanager，不知rEFInd是否有此功能。
