Hi,

I just installed deepin linux 12.x beta version,
I can not install and remove language. the button in language support panel(Install /remove languages) is disabled, I can
not click.
the keyboard input method system's combox disabled either. why?

Thank you for the warning, i had to tell our colleagues.
About some BUG, please submit to mantis (http://www.linuxdeepin.com/mantis/my_view_page.php),for next time. Because Developers can easily to track.

The problem is the operation of the keyboard icon on the dock，right ？

您要安装什么语言？看您只能输入英文，是想安装中文包吧

IBUS 也应该很容易安装吧：

sudo apt-get install ibus

there is no keyboard icon on dock, I cannot enable the ibus in settings, the combox is disabled.

they cannot help you well, coz none of them prefers en_US or DE locale.

I used to suffer this problem, the solution is actually quite easy.

1. remove all the fcitx with
apt-get remove fcitx fcitx-table
if it compains there are some conflicts or dependancies, remove them as well.

2. install ibus and the relative packages with
apt-get install ibus ibus-sunpinyin ibus-pinyin

3. run im-config, if you do not have it, install it
apt-get install im-config
change to ibus

4. most importantly, edit the .xinputrc under you homedirectory
by
vim ~/.xinputrc
because im-config always fails to change it well.

5 reboot, enjoy your ibus.

actually there is a bug with fcitx under en_US or DE locale,

it frequently shows some key duplication, e.g. if you type one fcitx, it will randomly return you
a fcifcitx or fcitxfc.
I do not know why, but I am sure it is not linuxdeepin's fault, because it performs same for ubuntu.
it must be a bug of fcitx.

I will always support our local deepin linux.

I do not know how to intepret well.

it happens randomly, not always, not frequently.

e.g., if you type the keyword enough quickly, e.g,
open a firefox, type a url.
www.linuxsir.org

normally it performs well, however, sometime, it just return you e.g.,
www.linuxsir.orgwww
or
www.linuxsir.orwwwg

in editors or a gnome-terminal, it has also the same problem,

if I give a count, each day this bug appears around 10 times.

I tried the latest ubuntu 12.04, linuxmint maya, both of them has this problem with fcitx.

when I deleted fcitx and shifted into ibus, this problem disappeared immediately, so that I guess it must be fcitx's bug.

I am from DEU (Germany), most of our chinese guys suffer this problem under locale DE.UTF-8, we had to change to ibus.
