用thunderbird发送附件时，如果附件的文件名长度超过7个汉字，别人收到的就会出现乱码，例如：
我我我我我我我.txt
显示如下
DeepinScreenshot-5337.png
而
我我我我我我我我.txt
则变成了这样
DeepinScreenshot-5352.png
有人能告诉我怎么解决么？谢谢！

文件名编码（不是文件内容编码）不能完全识别造成的问题：
gb2312/unicode (Windows)
utf-8 (Linux)
