不可以,因为ubuntu的是unity,deepin的是gnome shell
虽然unity基于gnome shell,但实现方式是不一样的
gnome shell的拓展可以来这里安装https://extensions.gnome.org/

不是绝对的，比如天气插件，是可以安装的。不过效果可能不如与 Unity 搭配的那样和谐。
我尝试安装 webapps-priview，但安装的依赖过多，放弃了，毕竟是专为 unity 搞的。

至于 Unity 基于 GNOME Shell，这个不敢苟同……

gnome shell的拓展可以来这里安装https://extensions.gnome.org/
