后，标题栏就出来了，

但是在gnome shell里又不能运行这个命令，要不然就没有标题栏了。这个问题能通过升级解决吗？现在每次进入gnome classic都要运行一遍这个命令很麻烦。

这个是 Classic 下窗口管理器未有启动吧。
你可以打开 /usr/share/gnome-session/sessions 下面的 gnome-classic.session 中关于窗口管理器一项：
DefaultProvider-windowmanager=gnome-wm ，其中 gnome-wm 改为：
然后注销下系统。

不知结果如何……
