网速不行啊

我的电脑是07年的组装机，用XP，红旗，QOMO都挺好的，可是前两天装上LD就不好使了。网速特慢，上软件中心上下东西一秒钟16K，有时是0,不知道是不是驱动问题。恳请深度给个解释和解决方案
