HOW TO TRANSFER MUSIC TO AND FROM iPHONE?

In other distro's I have used the Shotwell program to transfer music and photos to and from my iPhone. But I have found in THIS distro, I can NOT!

Why are the creators of this distro locking so many things down??

Yes, I will say this is a pretty and organized operating system and I DO like the way they have customized the new Gnome GUI. I generally don't like the new Gnome GUI, but this one is exceptional.

But there are too many issues with this OS to keep me using it. If I can't do the things I need and want to do inmy OS of choice, then it cannot remain my OS of choice!

If anyone has any suggestions of how I can resolve the above issues, I will remain open for a bit before changing to another distro. Thanks!

well,ya,in fact you can not even "find" your phone when connecting it to the computer,even with the software like gammu .I think deepin should really work out their own software ,“linux phone helper”or sth,then there will be another great reason for people to choose linux,choose deepin,because they've found convenience!
