我这12.12无论是装的附加驱动里的N卡驱动还是手动安装的官方驱动，安装后屏幕分辨率都成3840x1080 pixels了，请问这是怎么回事？如何调整回来？

应该是显卡驱动问题,暂时不要装驱动吧
