Deepin User Feedback Processing Rules

Thanks that everyone can take active part in reporting problems and giving suggestions, and we will deal with every problem that you gave, but for rapid locating and replying of your problems, we will deal as the following rules said:

  • We will first deal with the problems that contains related logs;
  • We will first deal with the problems that contains related screenshots and gif animation that can reproduce the problem;
  • We will first deal with the problems that provide system detailed infomation (e.g. installation failure with hardware info, setup steps and partitions, etc.);
  • We will immediately reply and say if we will implement about the system and applications ;
  • We will not immediately solve the problems that caused by user updating or compiling the kernel by themselves;
  • We will not immediately solve the problems that caused by user updating or compiling the application by themselves;
  • We will not deal with the problems when using other desktop environments like GNOME or KDE;
  • We will not deal with the problems when using other distros like Archlinux;
