    被系统占用？还是别的程序？建议找到占用的程序，修改热键。

    用的idea

    ctrl + alt + o；

    ctrl + alt + u；

    ctrl + alt + p；

    都不行， 查看了系统默认的快捷键， 好像都没占用。重启系统， 只打开idea还是不能用， 不知道被谁占用了， 很闹心
