As a Linux enthusiast, I think you must encounter such situation: You are badly in need of an app with certain features, but you can't find it in the current App Store even though there are more and more Linux apps being adapted. Don't worry any more. Let Wine Assistant help you! Although it is not the best solution right now, it is really helpful in some cases.

Here we go and let's see how it works.

  1. 1.Download and install Wine Assistant in the App Store.

  2. 2. Double-click or right-click the .exe file and select Open with Wine Assistant.

3. Install the app according the prompts.

 

 

4.Then you can view, run and uninstall the installed app in Wine Apps.

Apart from this, Wine Assistant has some other features to help you to solve the issues encountered by configuring the container yourself. At present, it is not perfect enough to support too many Win apps. If you like challenges, you may experience it yourself.

you can try to search "Wine助手", “助手” means "Assistant".
