网页全页翻译用浏览器插件好一点，这个软件的定位在于全局的划词翻译，
openai的接口是自己设置自己的apikey来使用，用完了自己去买，还挺便宜的好像，软件不提供任何付费内容。

由于在Linux下没有找到好用的划词翻译软件，所以我决定自己写一个😁
软件采用Tauri框架编写，项目在Github开源，欢迎有兴趣的小伙伴一起来完善。
目前只支持了有道翻译的免费接口和OpenAI（需要自己配置Apikey）
后续还会支持更多的接口，可以自己去申请各个翻译平台的ApiKey来使用。

由于是第一个版本，可能会有各种各样的问题，欢迎提issue反馈遇到的问题。
