    V23 关机的时候报“A stop job is running for User Manager for UID 1000”，然后停留很长时间。请问怎么解决？

    User Manager就是你登录的账户，这个可能是一个用户程序不响应了，或者是接收退出信号也不退出。systemd会在一段固定的时间后强行杀掉他。

    如果找不出这个程序，用配置减少systemd等待的时间就是比较简单的方案。
