    主要是放大了下边的关机、设置按钮的大小

    还修复了全屏模式下关闭再打开，每次都缩放一下的烦人 bug

    原版点完开始菜单要点功能的时候一会要抬头点，一会又要低头点，鼠标移动距离过大，太难受了。

    这个启动器在非全屏模式下还是挺不错的，反应快，全屏时打开有延迟并且打开后会往小缩一下
