    系统是2014.3版本，出现窗口 没有 关闭，最大最小化的按钮，好像最上面那一栏都没了。
    请抓紧解决啊！

    这个问题已经有人提过N多次了，在2014版本里好像是很难修复该BUG啦，在2015版本里会解决的。
