今日由于软件安装不了，然后使用apt upgrade更新了下，结果重启后黑屏进不了，然后按https://bbs.deepin.org/zh/post/217934的贴，按网友分享的操作一波，已经成功更新进入系统。

按网友升级失败的经验总结了以下步骤：

（1）在黑屏界面，先按Ctrl + Alt + F2键，进入tty2命令界面。

（2）输入用户名和密码登录一下。要记住用户名和密码，一般用户名他都会显示出来，如光标前面的“xx-PC”文字，那么用户名就是“-PC”前面的字。

（3）使用以下命令重新升级一次

sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/updates/*   #删除升级缓存

sudo apt update             #更新仓库地址和软件包升级信息

sudo dpkg --configure -a    #修复一些安装包的错误

sudo apt dist-upgrade      #升级系统

等下载安装完后重启:

reboot

重启电脑后我的界面先显示deepin的logo 然后会有开机音最后就会现实联想的logo 并且一直停留在这个联想logo的地方不会有任何反应也不知道该如何进入到tty2的界面

按照你的操作，还是不行。deepin的logo出现后，就只有一个黑屏，一个下划线不停闪

你试试使用命令：

sudo apt  autoremove

再试下我的那个第3步骤

第一步。第二步，都报错。

这两天没上论坛，你这错误解决了吗，看你好像把updates目录删除了，因为我之前也删除过，要重新建过才行，先去到/var/lib/dpkg目录下新建一个updates目录

cd /var/lib/dpkg/

sudo mkdir updates

如果提示权限不够，切换管理员权限再操作：su root。

然后再试试：

sudo apt update #更新仓库地址和软件包升级信息

sudo dpkg --configure -a #修复一些安装包的错误

sudo apt dist-upgrade #升级系统

我现在全新安装了，解决了。

tty2下还有一个问题，电脑无法连上网络（原本就是无线家里上网）

你试下在启动菜单选“Advances options for Deepin xxx”的选项，点进入选低版本的内核进系统看看行不行。

自动更新遇到大更新的时候经常坑。。。

大更新有时更新某些软件有选择交互界面，自动更新没法替你选择会卡在后台！！！

要么在系统监视器结束apt、dpkg的相关进程后运行

sudo apt update #更新仓库地址和软件包升级信息

sudo dpkg --configure -a #被打断的安装继续安装配置

要么直接关机后运行以上命令！！！
