看来这个问题比较普遍。据说华为电脑对声卡进行了魔改，导致B3声音无输出，另外B2时代声音较小。刚开始利用坛子里的各种方法都没能解决声音问题，但昨天通过https://bbs.deepin.org/zh/post/270279?offset=0&postId=1581686 这个帖子最后的笨方法，终于解决了电脑声音问题。而且音量也正常了，与瘟疫系统无差别。
