Dear deepin friends, in order to ensure version quality of the next update, we're now launching internal testing seeking participation from all members in this team.

Changelog:

1. Add OCR function for the Screen Capture and Image Viewer with graphic recognition support.

2. Update repository to Debian 10.10 to enhance system stability and compatibility.

3. Add the "Passwords do not match" error message for the Control Center in the event of input inconsistency when changing the password.

4. Fix the Chinese display error when inputting the lock screen password under the Chinese input method.

5. Fix the problem of unable to continue dragging when moving the window to the second screen and releasing the window halfway through.

6. Fix some display problems in the Launcher interface.
