系统关机后一个晚上，今天再开机，显示时间还是13:09，但实际时间是21:09了。

终端执行 timedatectl set-local-rtc 0，把主板时间作为 UTC 时间处理；控制中心设置时区为上海就好。

和主板这些都没有关系，装windows系统，不会有这样的问题。没有特别的设置。以前装的Deepin也没有这个问题。
