Flashing Screen Bug 
系统信息截图是切回X11之后截取的
rt，不插其他显示器只使用笔记本自带屏幕的情况下是正常的。当通过hdmi接入一台2K 27寸显示器后，无论是注销还是重启，任务栏上的图标均无法点击，只有开始菜单可以用。切换智能隐藏，一直显示，高效，时尚均无效。拔掉外接显示器后可以恢复正常
