如果安装过星火应用商店可以把apt换成aptss，这样会自动加镜像站下载

Flashing Screen Bug 
如题，每次用终端下载更新系统时，下载速度都特别慢，就几百k的网速，一次两次可能时网络的问题，但次次deepin用终端网速就不好。openkylin用终端网络都没问题，有好几Mb的下载速度。
