    问题描述

    应用7.12内测更新前，关闭了窗口特效，应用更新后，窗口特效无法打开了

    复现步骤

    1. 应用7.12内测更新前，关闭窗口特效
    2. 应用7.12内测更新后重启设备，尝试打开窗口特效
    3. 尝试再次重启后，再次打开窗口特效

    预期结果

    应用更新后，和重启后，窗口特效都能打开

    实际结果

    应用更新后，窗口特效无法打开，重启后依然无法打开

    删掉~/.config/kwinrc然后重启试试
